Justin is the owner and retail market specialist at Coldwell Banker Commercial, focusing on retail sales, leasing, and tenant/buyer representation. He has worked in the Amarillo commercial real estate market since 2000 and remains deeply involved in both the community and the industry. Throughout his career, Justin has leased more than 4,000,000 square feet of retail space across West Texas, with a strong concentration in Amarillo and Lubbock.
Affiliations and Awards
- Justin earned his CCIM designation in 2011. The CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) credential is awarded to recognized experts in commercial and investment real estate, and only about six percent of the estimated 150,000 commercial real estate practitioners nationwide have achieved it. CCIM members are responsible for approximately $400 billion in annual real estate transactions globally.
- In 2025, Justin further distinguished himself by earning the SIOR designation. SIOR designees are recognized throughout the industry—by corporate real estate executives, brokers, agents, lenders, and other professionals—as among the most capable and experienced brokerage practitioners in any market.
- Justin is one of only three commercial real estate professionals in the Amarillo market to hold both the CCIM and SIOR designations. Nationally, just three percent of the 150,000 commercial real estate professionals hold both credentials, placing him among the most elite practitioners in the industry.

Justin currently handles the tenanting/re-tenanting for over 10 major shopping/retail centers.
- Kimco Realty: Westgate Plaza has 344,000 square feet and Shops on Soncy has 142,892 square feet of retail space and is located on Soncy just south of I-40 West and north of 34th Street. Anchor stores include Conn’s, Home Depot, Kohl’s, Old Navy, Office Max, 5 Below, Ross, and Jo-Ann’s.
- Western Crossing Retail Center, LLC.: Western Crossing has 172,448 square feet and is located at I-40 and Western. Anchor stores include Burlington Coat Factory, Mardels, Michaels and Petco.
- Orange Shark Properties: Willow Glen has 31,400 square feet of retail and office space and is located just north of I-40 on Coulter. Tenants include My Thai, Kindred, State Farm, and Domino’s Pizza.
- Amarillo Retail LLC: Amarillo Plaza has 15,000 square feet of retail space and is located at the southwest corner of 45th & Coulter. Tenants include GameStop, Subway, and Cato.
- Williams Group: Tradewind Village has 40,000 square feet and is located at the corner of 34th and Osage St. Tenants include Northwest Texas Hospital, Little Caesars, Fresenius Kidney Care, and First United Bank. Shoppes on the Parkway has 20,894 square feet and is located off Soncy through the Westgate Mall entrance.
- Gordon Partners: Bell Plaza has 128,277 square feet and is located at 45th and Bell. Anchor stores include United Supermarket and Harbor Freight Tools.
- 45th and Coulter LLC: Country Club Plaza has 21,604 square feet and tenants include Ingram’s Flooring, Cash Store, Edward Jones, Onin Staffing, and Northwest Texas Healthcare Systems.
Other Retail Clients & Projects
- Toot’n Totum Food Stores: The leading convenience store operator in the Amarillo market with more than 90 stores in Amarillo and the surrounding area and. Justin has represented Toot’n Totum in site acquisitions, annexation, platting, zoning, and TIRZ (Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone). He also handles the surplus of existing stores including sales, leasing, sub-leasing and/or re-development.
- In addition, Justin managed the full block acquisition for Toot‘n Totum Food Stores in Downtown Amarillo. This block and subsequent platting and zoning provided the first major project to be developed under the new Downtown Amarillo Design Standards.
- Crouch Foundation Liquidating Company: Justin handled the marketing and liquidation of over 1,300,000 square feet of property. Over a 16-month period he sold over $14,800,000 of commercial real estate working with the estate and Crouch Foundation Liquidation Company.
