Professional Background

Rachel serves as Managing Broker for Coldwell Banker First Equity. She specializes in the sale and leasing of office, industrial, retail, multifamily, and land properties across the region.

Rachel began her career with Coldwell Banker Commercial Amarillo in 2004, serving as a Licensed Commercial Administrator and Office Manager before transitioning to Commercial Sales Associate and Managing Broker. With a strong background spanning market research, contract preparation, digital marketing, accounting, and transaction management, she offers end-to-end expertise for complex commercial deals.

Since stepping into her sales associate role in 2018, Rachel has closed or leased over 600,000 square feet of space totaling more than $45 million in commercial real estate transactions. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Marketing from West Texas A&M University.
